This tool emulates a mechanical sliderule used to find elevation and azimuth angles toward a satellite in GeoStationary orbit.

The user can move the slider in order to set the subsatellite longitude (projection of the satellite onto the equator). Slider has wrap-around functionality when it goes off the screen. The subsatellite longitude can also be digitally input by double-tapping the slider. Double-tapping the map area gives the user the option to be located on the Earth. Lat and Lon can be digitally set as well. Elevation and Azimuth angles toward the satellite are then automatically computed.
